By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on our platform. You retain full ownership of your content.
Acceptable Use
Your use of Bkad.me must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You agree not to:
- Use the service if you are not legally capable of agreeing to these Terms
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service
- Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or malicious content (e.g., viruses, spyware)
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
- Use the Service for unauthorized advertising or spam
- Interfere with the platform’s operation or security
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automation without authorization
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

We may investigate and cooperate with authorities if violations are suspected.

Cancellations & Refunds
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard.
Refund requests must be submitted to hello@bkad.me after cancellation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within five (5) working days, subject to eligibility.
Your Responsibility for End Users
If you create a Bio Link Page, you are solely responsible for:
- Your visitors (“End Users”)
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- Any products or services you offer
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of Bkad.me
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if foreseeable.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and securing your data.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Capital R Ventures and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your content
- Your use of the Service
- Your breach of these Terms
